En medrivende form for knibeøvelser: Når retoriske homologier driver en designproces

Homologisk analyse har spillet en rolle i retorisk kritik ved at afdække overraskende fælles former og tankemønstre i ellers forskelligartede grupperingers retorik. Artiklen her indkredser, hvordan man kan arbejde bevidst med homologier som diskursive prototyper, når man skal skabe medrivende former og ad retorikfaglig vej designe uventede løsninger på komplekse problemstillinger. Til illustration præsenteres to forskellige cases, der har bækkenbundstræning som fælles tema. Det gælder dels “Partiet Stram Kus”, der som et humoristisk, aktivistisk tiltag søgte at imødegå fremmedfjendtlig retorik fra partiet Stram Kurs under valgkampen i Danmark i 2019 med koordinerede knibeøvelser, dels en aktuel samskabelsesproces mellem designere og mødregrupper om udfindelse af retoriske homologier, der konkret skal motivere kvinder til at lave knibeøvelser i forbindelse med graviditet. Den formbevidste ideudvikling i de to kontekster analyseres for at belyse, hvordan retorisk homologisk tænkning kan understøtte både den kreative udvikling og kritiske evaluering af medrivende former, før de sættes i cirkulation som overraskende forslag til løsninger på små og store problemer i samfundet.
